Almost everyone, at one time or another, is affected by a depression, an emotional crisis, or a total lack of confidence. But how can we cope with these personal challenges?  Many people first respond without thinking and fall back on past behaviours which usually don’t work.  A better strategy is to retrain the way you think and respond to achieve a successful outcome – to learn simple and practical skills to reprogram your natural responses.

Coping with personal traumas, including relationship breakdown, serious illness or accidents affect most of us at one time or another. Not many of us have learned how to deal with our emotions and how to communicate with “emotional intelligence”. Sometimes there is no major incident, but simply a lack of confidence or self-esteem that paralyses us in a pattern of behaviour which we know is not helpful, but we are unable to change.  This can be self destructive and can make us isolated, powerless and lonely.

NLP is quite a broad technique that can be applied to a range of objectives. It uses the natural connection between neurological process, language and learnt behaviour to unlock control over how the mind functions. With such a broad application, NLP is useful for stress/depression, relationship or personal issues, health problems, work problems, anxiety, phobias, addictions, learning problems or even weight loss.

We are all programmed from an early age and our “reality” or world view is formed from the belief system we are taught by our parents, religion or cultural background.   NLP is a catalyst to help change these ineffective behaviours, which include limiting beliefs, destructive emotional patterns and negative language which sabotages our potential success. 

NLP is very efficient compared to other types of therapy. It analysis’s past experiences and how the perception and how these affect the clients life today. By understanding and analysing this, we are in a position to change them and create new “roadmaps” for the mind. This method has shown to be highly effective, and can show great result even after just one session.
