Shirley is a fully qualified therapist that specialises in supporting individuals  reach their full potential. Her experience and insights comes not only from her own personal journey, but she is also a certified within Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reiki healing techniques, Hypnotherapy and Indian Head Massage.

Shirley is a happy and fulfilled lady with a zest for life – she is a wife, mother and grandmother based in the North East of England.

Her journey of self-discovery began with the break-up of her marriage of 24 years. She began searching to answer fundamental questions around life’s purpose and her reason for existence – seeking answers to the age-old question “what’s it all about?”. She recognised poor communication styles were the catalyst of what causes communication breakdown in many relationships.

Through years of self-study and formal education Shirley found her sense of purpose and fulfilment and in the process realised that many people felt trapped and were unable to live healthy and fulfilled lives. She recognised that she could provide them with the tools that could enhance their communication skills and achieve true emotional intelligence.

Motivated by enabling people to help themselves, she has been trained by the co-creator of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Richard Bandler and has studied hypnotherapy with Paul McKenna. Shirley is also proficient in emotional freedom techniques (EFT) and holistic healing therapies such as Indian head massage and Reiki.
